I’m excited to create something special with you! To make the process smooth and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few guidelines I kindly ask you to follow:
Scheduling Your Appointment:
All appointments are coordinated through my wonderful assistant, Emery. She’ll be in touch with me throughout the booking process to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision and my schedule.
Rescheduling & Retainer:
Life happens, and I understand plans can change! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist. Rescheduling with less notice (or missing your appointment) will unfortunately result in forfeiting your retainer and will be required to repay in order to proceed.
For larger projects like sleeves or big pieces, I love keeping momentum going with consistent sessions. I aim to complete these within a 6-month window. As long as we stick to the planned schedule, you won’t need to provide additional retainers for follow-up sessions.
Design Process:
You’ll see your final, completed design on the day of your appointment. My portfolio showcases my style, quality, and approach, so you already have a great sense of what to expect. I truly value your trust in letting me bring your ideas to life in my own way; it’s what helps me create the best possible piece for you.
Pre-Made/Original Designs:
All of my original premade flash designs are always available at a special 20% discount on both the session and retainer.
During Your Session:
To keep the focus on your tattoo and ensure the best experience, I don’t allow guests or visitors in the room during appointments. It’s a calm, distraction-free space for both of us.
Please come well-prepared: eat a full, nourishing meal beforehand so you have plenty of energy. (Low blood sugar isn’t fun during a session!)
Aftercare:
I’ll provide detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment to help your new tattoo heal beautifully. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions. I’m here to support you through the whole process.
